Acceptance of Terms

Services Offered

CleanItIn provides commercial and periodical cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Escalator & travelator cleaning

  • Glass and window cleaning

  • Post-construction cleans

  • Airbnb turnover cleans

  • Office and warehouse cleaning

  • High access dusting and other specialist services

All services are provided subject to availability, access, and agreement on scope of works.

Quotes and Bookings

  • All quotes provided are obligation-free and based on the information you provide.

  • CleanItIn reserves the right to revise the final quote after a site inspection.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until written/email confirmation is provided by our team.

  • By booking a service, you confirm that the site is accessible and safe for our team.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as per the agreed terms (e.g., upfront, on completion, or via invoice).

  • Invoiced clients must settle balances within the agreed period (e.g., 7–14 days).

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

Cancellations and Access

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the site, a call-out fee may apply.

  • Changes to schedules must be communicated as early as possible.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the property

  • Inform us of any hazards or sensitive areas

  • Provide accurate service requirements

  • Comply with any site-specific regulations or entry protocols

CleanItIn is not liable for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate client information.

Service Guarantee

We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can return to rectify the issue.

We do not offer refunds once service has been completed, but we will make it right at our cost if performance is not up to agreed standards.

Limitations of Liability

CleanItIn will take reasonable care when delivering services, but shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration

  • Damage due to unsafe premises or equipment

  • Incidental or indirect losses, including business interruption

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, images, and materials on this website are the property of CleanItIn. They may not be reproduced, republished, or distributed without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under local jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
